All orders are custom made for you! Please be sure you are choosing the right size, color and design as there will be no returns on custom orders.
For any order that is received defective or damaged please contact us at customerservice@theschill.com or phone us at 1-480-570-8210. No returns will be accepted without a RA# that will be provided to you.
Changing/Cancelling an Order
Custom orders may be changed or cancelled within24 hours of placing the order.Most orders ship out within 20 business days. Please allow for the customization of your order and shipping. You can expect to receive your order 3weeks from the date we receive it - however most orders leave us within 3 days of their receipt. To make any change to an order please contact us immediately.
Saved Cart
Saved Items are products that you like and save for later. This is an easy way to keep track of items that you want to purchase at a later date. Your Saved Items can also be emailed out to anyone in the form of a wish list so others are aware of what you want.
Emailing Your Saved Items
To email you saved items as a wish list simply click the "account" link on the top of any page. Once you are at the main account screen click the "Saved Items" tab. To email your saved items as a wish list enter an email address and a note to be included in the email and click the "Send" button.
Adding a Saved Item to Your Cart
To move one of your saved items to your shopping bag click to the "Saved Items" section of your account. Under the "Add to Cart" column check the box for the item you want to add. Click the "Update Saved Items" button and your item is now in your shopping bag ready to purchase.
View/Change Account Information
To change any of your account information click the "account" link on the top of any page. If you are not signed in you will be prompted to do so. Once you arrive at the main account screen (you should see all your account info) simply update any information and click the "Update Information" button. The page will reload with your changes displayed.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You can also use a bank debit/check card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.
